Work commenced on a new €500m urban village development in Adamstown. Known as The Crossings, the village is being developed on a phased basis, and is aimed at being a focal point for the rapidly growing Adamstown area. (October 7 edition)

OCTOBER was a busy month in the county, where a number of community events were held and the Citywest Testing Centre hit a landmark figure for the amount of Covid-19 swab tests that had been carried out in the facility.
