€7.5m guide price for Greenhills Motor Park

THE high-profile Greenhills Motor Park site on the Greenhills Road has gone on the market with an guide price of €7.5 million.

The existing building is made up of a retail and car showroom, ground- and first-floor office accommodation with a large warehouse to the rear all on a site measuring approximately 2.25 acres.

This particular site was in the news in December last year when An Bord Pleanála (ABP) ruled that plans for the development of 241 build-to-rent apartments at the Agnelli Motors site would “require further consideration/amendment”.

As reported in The Echo in August 2021, Green Optical Limited submitted the application for a pre-planning consultation for the proposed development at Greenhills Motor Park to ABP.

The two directors of Green Optical Limited are Monaco-based Siobhan Quinlan, a property investor and wife of financier Derek Quinlan; and solicitor Michael Quinlan, with an address in Castleknock.

The property is currently occupied by Agnelli Motor Park who are relocating to a new state-of-the-art premises nearby according to selling agent Cushman & Wakefield.

The entire site extends to approximately 47,275 square feet.

Located close to Mayberry Road and Airton Road, the site is predominantly commercial in nature with Broomhill Industrial Estate, Hibernian Industrial Estate, Belgard Industrial Estate and Airton Business Park close by.

The main car showroom area extends to approximately 27,674 sq ft and there are also two separate vacant warehouse areas on the northern elevation of the property.

There is parking for approximately 105 cars and a large yard of approximately 0.5 acres to the rear and side of the building.
