Additional information has been submitted in relation to the proposed development of a part-single, part-two and part-three storey contemporary-style apartment building in Inchicore.

Applicant Skyscape Property Holdings Ltd outlined plans for the development of one two-bed residential unit at ground floor level, to be accessible from the Naas Road with a rear private garden space.

There are also plans for one three-bed duplex unit at first and second floor level, to be accessible from Jamestown Road, with private terrace areas at second floor and roof level.

There are provisions for on-curtilage bicycle parking for each unit, boundary treatments, landscaping, a sustainable drainage system and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.

Dublin City Council requested additional information including revised drainage information, and the council requested that the applicant consider a number of changes to their proposal, such as the omission of the proposed roof garden and to provide a front building line consistent with other properties on Jamestown Road.

The applicant submitted additional information this month, including an engineering services report, a planning report and documents outlining the proposed elevation of the development and the proposed foul and storm layout. Dublin City Council has yet to make a decision on the application.
