Age friendly development to be finished this year

The age friendly development at Whitestown Way beside Tallaght Stadium is scheduled to be completed in December 2023 according to South Dublin County Council.

The local authority said the allocation process will begin several months before the completion of the units, with advertisements on Choice Based Letting, assessment of rightsizing transfers and applications from private homeowners to right size through the Community list.

The timelines for the allocation process are in place to ensure tenants are ready to occupy the new units immediately upon completion.
