Appeal objecting to crematorium at Esker Lawn Cemetery is overturned
AN APPEAL objecting to plans for a crematorium within the grounds of Esker Lawn Cemetery has been overturned by An Coimisiún Pleanála.
Esker Lawn Cemetery Limited applied for permission with South Dublin County Council to build a new 485 square metres crematorium consisting of a congregation space, an electric cremator and associated plant and services spaces, along with amendments to existing site landscaping.
