Assumption six garda on duty on any given night ‘inaccurate’
A GARDA spokesperson has refuted a councillor’s assertion that there are only six gardaí on duty in Tallaght Garda Station “on any given night”.
Cllr Louise Dunne (SF) made the claim at a recent Joint Policing Committee meeting, when referring to Tallaght residents’ difficulties with getting gardaí to respond to incidents.
