Caravans, generators and power tools seized in Rathcoole searches
Twelve caravans, three generators and a variety of power tools were today (Friday, July 26) seized during a Garda operation in the Rathcoole area.
As part of an ongoing operation into organised crime, gardai with assistance from the Garda Armed Support Unit, dog unit, air support, Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB), National Bureau of Criminal Investigations, the stolen vehicle unit, Social Welfare, Customs and Revenue searched 30 dwellings in the Tootenhill area of Rathcoole.

According to a Garda statement released: “Twelve caravans, three generators and a variety of power tools, all believed to be stolen were recovered during the operation.
“Garda are currently in the process of itemising the property.
“No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.”
