Charged with possession of two claw hammers

THERE WAS no appearance in Blanchardstown District Court for a man accused of possession of two claw hammers.

Darren Callaghan, aged 40, with an address at Harelawn Park, Clondalkin, is charged with possession of two claw hammers for use in theft when not at his place of residence at Drom Na Coille Avenue, Ballyowen Lane, Lucan, on December 12, 2017.

The case was before Judge David McHugh for mention.

Callaghan’s solicitor, Terry Hanahoe, told Judge McHugh that he had not seen his client.
