Charity shop urges people to grab a bargain at its super sale

BAG a bargain this Saturday, May 28, by visiting Vincent’s charity shop in Firhouse for its super sale of brand new toys and bric-a-brac.
Opening its doors in the Firhouse shopping centre last June, the charity shop, which supports the work of St Vincent de Paul, is inviting people to visit the shop this Saturday between 11am and 5.30pm for some bargains and light refreshments.
Shop manager Edgie Vicchi told The Echo: “We have been here a year now and the response has been great, however, we would like to let more people know that we are here and invite them to visit the shop – which is well-stocked and nice and bright, it’s like a little mini-boutique.
“We stock everything, clothes, baby clothes, bric-a-brac, books, shoes, and in June we will be celebrating our one-year anniversary with some new stock, including brand new clothes.”
The shop, which is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5.30pm, will be stocked with new items for this Saturday’s event – during which light refreshments and finger food will also be served.
Vincent’s in Firhouse also welcomes donations. Call the shop on 4523151 for more.
