Council’s plan upset by An Bord Pleanála

the planning authority has rejected some of the lower densities proposed by South Dublin County Council.
In approving the review of the scheme An Bord Pleanála increased some of the reduced housing numbers suggested by the local authority.
Housing densities in Tobermaclugg Village, Tubber Lane, Tandy’s Lane Village, St Helen’s, Aderrig, Adamstown Square and Adamstown Boulevard have been increased by between three and 15 units per hectare under the new plan.
