Council urged to take legal action against developer
SOUTH Dublin County Council are being urged to take legal action against the developer of Larkfield House for planning violations by Sinn Féin TDs Eoin Ó Broin and Mark Ward.
Larkfield House controversially came to attention in early 2018 when it was discovered that developer Vincent Cosgrave built more units (48) than permitted (27) under planning permission.
