DOLCAIN House in Clondalkin reopened this week for close to 400 single male refugees.
Cllr Francis Timmons (Ind) sent a list of questions to Justice Minister, and received a breakdown of figures from the Dept of Children, who have responsibility for arrivals deemed to be international protection applicants (IPAS).
