Former Woodie’s site on market with a €4.75 million guide price
THE former Woodie’s site on the Belgard Road in Tallaght, which is currently the subject of a planning application for the construction of 210 apartments, has gone on the market with a guide price of €4.75m.
Selling agent Lisney has listed the site as a “landmark and prominent development site” adjacent to the Square Shopping Centre and the N81.
