The Ireland men’s squad, which includes Olympian Scott Evans from Dundrum, will take on Denmark, Croatia and Israel in Group One.

Frost has helped ITT to top spot in their respective group in the Student Sport Ireland League and, with two games remaining, they will be hoping to secure further passage to the quarter finals.

The Templeogue competitor enjoyed a good run in last month’s Irish Open, teaming up with Moya Ryan to make it to the last eight of the doubles division.

Looking forward to the upcoming trip to Russia, Frost said “I’ve played at junior level so it will be great to get my first cap.”

“I played in the European Junior Championships in France last year and won my first round singles, but then came up against the second seed and lost. Still it was a great experience,” she added.
