Go-ahead for Speaker Conolly apartment units development
An Coimisiún Pleanála (ACP) has granted permission for apartment development at the Speaker Conolly pub site in Firhouse with revised conditions.
Developer Seabren Developments Limited, whose director Michael Moran is related to the Red Cow Hotel owners, secured permission from South Dublin County Council in March.
