Owners of defective homes cannot afford insurance levies
HOMEOWNERS, living under the financial burden of defects, are facing insurance levies they cannot afford, according to the campaign group ‘Not Our Fault.’
Residents living in Celtic Tiger-built apartments and duplexes with fire defects, including Crescent Building in Park West and Hunterswood, Ballycullen, are among the members of the campaign which represents up to 100,000 affected homeowners nationwide.
