A resident of a Tallaght estate was seen burning plastic rubbish “beside his gas box” by a neighbour who said illegal dumping is now at its worst in the area.
The Swiftbrook Close resident who reported the incident wishes to remain anonymous but called for more action from South Dublin County Council’s Litter Wardens.
