Irish Rail are hiring apprentices for a range of roles

If you or someone you know is seeking a fresh start the news that Irish Rail are recruiting apprentices could be the perfect opportunity.

Iarnrod Eireann announced last week that they are seeking both male and female apprentices for a variety of roles.

These include apprenticeships for fitters, heavy vehicle mechanics, electricians and vehicle painters.

According to the rail operator their “apprentices are trained to the highest possible technical standards. Working in an extremely safety conscious environment you will be working on some of the most modern fleets in Europe.”

Placements will commence in Autumn 2017 and applicants must be at least 16-years-of-age on or before the 1st August, 2017.
