A file on a Garda investigation in relation to the death of a young Tallaght man who was killed when struck by a vehicle near his home last year is to be forwarded to the DPP next month, an inquest has heard, reports Sean McCarthaigh.
Kevin Sheedy (23) from Killinarden suffered fatal injuries when he was hit by an SUV on the N81 Tallaght bypass on the evening of January 11, 2023 at around 7.15pm.
