Kilnamanagh and Crumlin share spoils
KILNAMANAGH AFC were held to a 1-1 draw against Crumlin United Men at Ned Kelly Park on Sunday.
Coming into the game, Crumlin sat in fourth in the Leinster Senior One Sunday table, with four wins from seven games, while Kilnamanagh had won two games from six to start their season.
With the blustery conditions having significant impact on proceedings, the first half was an even affair, with few chances for either side.
Leon Keogh had the two best chances of the half for the hosts, but he failed to convert either attempt.
There was nothing to split the sides on the pitch or the scoreline at the interval, as both teams remained locked at 0-0.

However, the lead didn’t last long with the visitors response immediate, as they were awarded a spot kick and Daniel Dobbin cooly slotted the ball beyond Mallon to restore parity for his side.
