Firhouse Community College

Firhouse Community College is holding an open evening in the school this Tuesday, September 19.

With more than 800 students, the secondary school has been rooted in the Firhouse area for the past 35 years, and has over that time grown into a vibrant and diverse school that boasts a range of activities such as sports clubs and music groups and ensembles.

This September 19, between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, prospective students and their parents are invited to visit the school for an energetic open evening that will offer tours of the school while providing visitors with the opportunity to meet and talk with current students and staff and sample the atmosphere.

There will also be a number of interactive activities on the night, which will include science, art, PE and music performance.

Principal Fenan Nolan will make an address at 7.30pm.
