Man to appear in court in relation to €680,000 Clondalkin drugs bust

A man arrested in Clondalkin yesterday in relation to a €680,000 drugs seizure will appear in court this morning.

A vehicle in which the 47-year-old Albanian man was driving was stopped during an ongoing joint investigation targeting drug importations.

The intelligence led operation involved Revenue officers, the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and the Special Crime Task Force.

Upon inspection officers uncovered herbal cannabis worth €680,000.

The man will appear before Blanchardstown District Court this morning at 10:30am.
