Motion passed calling on site notices to be erected for masts
RESIDENTS in South Dublin County have been “disrespected” by the fact that telecommunications masts can be erected without site notices being put up, or residents being able to object to them.
Decisions made by South Dublin County Council in relation to masts can be appealed to An Bord Pleanála, but objections cannot be made at the point of the licensing application being lodged.
