
New seven-story hotel on the horizon for Liffey Valley Office campus in Quarryvale
PLANS for the construction of a seven-storey hotel in the Liffey Valley Office Campus in Quarryvale, Clondalkin, have been given the green light by South Dublin County Council.
Winmar Developments Unlimited Company’s plans for the development include the construction of a seven-storey hotel building over two basement levels.
The hotel is to house 254 bedrooms and eight penthouse suites, a reception, an exercise room, a bar and restaurant, staff facilities, an outdoor plaza area, and business/conference rooms.
Provision of 148 car parking spaces and 36 bicycle parking spaces is included.
Works to existing vehicular access at the north of the site and all associated site enabling and excavation work form part of the plans.
Provision of an ESB substation, plant, storage, hard and soft landscaping, green roofs and signage is included in the application.
On May 22, South Dublin County Council granted permission for the hotel development.
