THE National Transport Authority (NTA) has lodged plans for the closure of the slip road from Belgard Square South onto the N81 to create a layover for buses in the area.
This development is proposed to create a layover to accommodate the increase in the volume of buses in the area as a result of the changes proposed under BusConnects, according to the NTA.
