‘Pressure needs to be put on developers’
Following the fire breaking at the former Augustinian site in Ballyboden last Tuesday, Cllr Emma Murphy (FF) said “pressure needs to be put on the developers who own the site”.
Shannon Homes property developer acquired the site from the Augustinian order in 2019, with the plan of building over 400 housing units.
