Several Dublin Fire Brigade units battling gorse fire near Hell Fire Club

Several units of Dublin Fire Brigade are currently attending a gorse fire near the Hell Fire Club.

According to DFB, the fire is ablaze past Viewpoint, off Military Road.

The strong wind is making the fire difficult to contain and it has spread since the incident was first reported.

Earlier, units from Tallaght and Dolphin’s Barn attended a house fire in Clondalkin.

One person was treated at the scene, but it is not known what their condition is at this time.
