Social prescribing concept now helps support people in areas such as loneliness and isolation
THE relatively new concept of social prescribing, which links people to health services on a 1-1 basis, was outlined in a report in Clondalkin this week.
The South Dublin County Partnership Social Prescribing Service was launched in Clondalkin in 2022 under the HSE’s Sláintecare Healthy Communities initiative.
