158-build-to-rent apartments plan for lands at Ibis Hotel

PLANS for the construction of 158 build-to-rent apartments on lands at the Ibis Hotel on Monastery Road in Clondalkin will be the subject of an upcoming pre-planning consultation.

The plans were submitted to An Bord Pleanála (ABP) last month by Propiteer Ibis Red Cow Limited with an address in the IFSC.

Pre-planning consultations are held in advance of developers submitting planning applications for Strategic Housing Developments (SHDs). A decision on the consultation is due by February 28.
