FOUR lots of lands in Allenswood in Lucan, totalling 183-acres, have been sold with an expected price range of between €549,000 and €915,000.

The lands are located just beside the Kildare-Dublin border, with frontage onto the Leixlip Road.

The lands were described by selling agent REA Coonan as being suitable for “any agricultural or equestrian purpose” and as possessing “long-term development potential”.

The lands are un-zoned, and have been farmed to “a very high standard” in recent years, according to the selling agent.

The lands benefit from being located along the Clonee to Lucan Road, and from being within ten minutes’ drive of the M50 and within four miles of the N3.

According to the selling agent’s listing for the lands, the expected selling price per acre was from €30,000 to €50,000.
