Having grown up in the Tallaght area but spending his adult years elsewhere, Albert came to be fascinated by Tallaght and the plethora of stories the town had buried in its past, reports Steven Reid.

During his adolescent years he attended the school in Scoil Mhuire (Our Lady of Loreto Boys School) and spent time at Firhouse Community College and the Dominican Priory in Tallaght as well.
