Problems with anti social behaviour continue to impact on local bus services across both the Tallaght and Clondalkin communities.

Arrangements for alternative routes, agreed by Dublin Bus management, drivers and unions for West Tallaght buses, if anti social behaviour occurred, came into effect, meaning many residents had to make their own way home.

In Clondalkin, stones were thrown at buses, while several motorists have also reported youths attacking vehicles.

Anyone who witnesses anti social behaviour on local bus routes are urged to report it to local Gardai.
