Appeals board overturns decision on three houses
AN Bord Pleanála has overturned South Dublin County Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for the development of three houses at Grange Park in Rathfarnham.
John Lyons submitted the planning application for the three two-and-a-half-storey houses in May 2022.
