There was no appearance from Moore in court. A Parking warden from South Dublin County Council told Judge Marie Quirke that on October 14 last, he observed a car parked in a disabled bay on Robinhood Road without a permit.

He said the car was registered to Moore and he issued a fixed charge penalty notice which had not been paid.

Judge Quirke fined Moore €350.
