Bench warrant issued for man
A BENCH WARRANT has been issued in Tallaght District Court for a man accused of criminal damage and other offences.
Aaron Slattery, aged 26, with an address at Cushlawn Drive, Tallaght, is charged with damaging the windscreen of a Toyota Avensis at Cushlawn Park, Tallaght, on December 11, 2016.
He is also accused of having no insurance and no driving licence at Killinarden Ring Road, Tallaght,on January 17, 2017.
The case was before Judge Conall Gibbons for mention.
There was no appearance from Slattery in court.
Slattery’s solicitor, Michael Hennessy, told Judge Gibbons that he had not seen his client.
Sergeant Michael Ahern asked the judge to issue a warrant. Judge Gibbons issued a bench warrant for Slattery’s arrest.
