TEMPERS flared at a council meeting last week, with the chairwoman of a local area committee accusing a councillor of using “bully-boy tactics” as he raised his voice at her.
Councillors on the Templeogue, Rathfarnham, Bohernabreena and Firhouse Area Committee were discussing a motion about a contentious 3G pitch in Knocklyon when tensions rose.
