Cafe restaurant to be built at Belgard Retail Park

PERMISSION has been granted for the construction of a café/restaurant unit with an overall height of 4.05 metres and a total gross floor area of 175sq.m, to be located in the central section of the car park of Belgard Retail Park in Tallaght.
Applicant Bryant Park QIAIF ICAV included provisions for signage for the unit, an outdoor seating area, a bin store, landscaping and all associated site works in their application.
Their plans include the removal of 40 existing car parking spaces and the provision of eight new car parking spaces to the south of the proposed café/restaurant unit.
It is also proposed that there will be a two-metre-wide footpath from the proposed café/restaurant unit to the retail warehouse units.
South Dublin County Council granted permission for the development this month.
