Caring for your kidneys information event takes place tomorrow

THE community is invited to attend a free public talk called Your Kidneys, What You Need to Know and Why, which will be held in the County Library, Tallaght, on March 9.

Organised as part of Tallaght Hospital’s public health education series, the event will be led by Professor George Mellotte, consultant nephrologist, who will provide useful health information and tips on kidney health, alongside answering any questions those in attendance may have.

The event, which is being staged to mark World Kidney Day, will be held in the County Library, Tallaght, on Thursday, March 9 from 6pm to 8pm.

The free event is open to all members of the public who wish to attend.
