Change of use from commercial to residential sought on two properties

PLANNING permission is being sought for the change-of-use of two properties on Emmet Road in Inchicore from retail/commercial use to residential use.

Applicant David Cambie is seeking permission for the change-of-use to provide one end-of-terrace, two-storey, two-bedroom dwelling and one mid-terrace, two-storey, two-bedroom dwelling.

The properties are located at 130 Emmet Road and 132 Emmet Road.

The proposal includes the demolition of the existing single-storey extensions to the rear of each property.

There are also proposed new single-storey extensions to the rear of each property including first-floor, roof-terrace area.

Associated alterations to the external elevations of each property to accommodate proposed new extensions and internal layout, and all associated site works, are included.

A decision on the planning application has not yet been made by Dublin City Council.
