Charged with damaging window of estate agents
A TEENAGER accused of causing over €4,000 of damage to an estate agents front window has appeared before Tallaght District Court.
Sean Banks was represented by his solicitor Padraig O’Donovan.
Banks, aged 18, with an address at Bawnlea Green, Tallaght, is charged with damaging the front window of Murphy Mullan Estate Agents, High Street, Tallaght, on December 7, 2017.
The alleged damage came to €4,200.
Mr O’Donovan told Judge Murphy that he had received disclosure in the case.
He asked Judge Murphy for a short remand to go through the disclosure with his client.
Judge Murphy remanded Banks on continuing bail for a month for a plea or a date for hearing.
