Charged with theft of 31 gas cylinders
A MAN accused of stealing 31 gas cylinders worth nearly €1,100 has had his case remanded by Blanchardstown District Court.
Peter Brazil, aged 39, with an address at Oatfield Drive, Clondalkin, is charged with stealing 31 gas cylinders worth €1,085 from Texaco, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, on December 4, 2017.
Sergeant Geraldine McManigan told Judge David McHugh that the DPP had directed summary disposal. She said it will be alleged that Brazil stole 31 gas cylinders worth €1085.
Judge McHugh accepted jurisdiction.
Making an order for disclosure, he remanded Brazil on continuing bail to a date in September for a plea or a date for hearing.
