By Brendan Grehan
A MAN accused of dealing in cocaine has been remanded by Blanchardstown Court for service of his book of evidence.
Stuart Maher, aged 34, with an address at Glenfield Park, Clondalkin, is charged with simple possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine for sale or supply at the Neilstown Road, Clondalkin, on October 31, 2015.
Maher was before Judge David McHugh for service of his book of evidence.
Solicitor for the DPP, Tom Conlon, told Judge McHugh that the book of evidence was not ready. He said some outstanding statements had to be added to the book. Mr Conlon asked for a further two weeks.
Maher’s solicitor consented to the application.
Judge McHugh remanded Maher on continuing bail for two week for service of the book of evidence.
