AN BORD Pleanála has upheld South Dublin County Council’s decision to grant permission for Katharine Tynan House in Kingswood to be refurbished and changed into a community centre.
The house, also known as Whitehall, is a protected structure and was the home of prolific novelist and poet Katharine Tynan.
