MICHELLE O’Hagan has been awarded Community Pharmacist of the Year at the Irish Pharmacy Awards, an annual event placing a spotlight on the pharmacy profession.
Michelle’s team were also finalists for the Business Development (Independent) Award.
“It’s an honour to be recognised for the work I do daily as a pharmacist within the community of Killinarden and beyond along with my team”, Michelle said.
Pharmacy Hub Killinarden is based on Whitestown Road and, open since 2018, started out with a team of four and now employs 12.
They have many services to offer which include; prescription delivery service, medication review, flu and covid vaccines, B12 injection administration, health checks, and corporate on-site health checks and vaccinations.

They also have a convenient pharmacy app to order prescriptions on the go.
Pharmacy Hub is open Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6.30pm, Saturday 9am to 5.30pm and closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
