Concerns over derelict bungalows in Old Bawn
THE owner of two derelict houses on the Old Bawn Road has indicated that they are intending to put the properties up for sale in the short-term, according to South Dublin County Council.
However, the council added that the development potential of the site is currently under review, but due to them being in an Architectural Conservation Area reinstatement may be the only option.
