A COUNCILLOR is calling on Minister for Transport, Eamon Ryan, and the RSA to provide private facilities for learner drivers to practice in.
Cllr Mick Duff said there are potential dangers and traffic management issues posed by learner drivers practicing around housing estates in Tallaght “every five minutes”.
