A “hugely popular figure” in Dublin GAA, who has been remembered as a “fantastic” neighbour and “a gentleman who was loved by so many”, was laid to rest on Friday morning.
Denis O’Donovan, also known as Corkie, passed away peacefully at Tallaght University Hospital on Tuesday, February 17, after a long illness, according to his family. He was 79 years of age.
