Council purchase Lucan House in €15 million deal
SOUTH Dublin County Council have bought Lucan House – the residence of the Italian Ambassador – and adjoining lands in a deal worth nearly €15m.
The council confirmed their interest in securing the site earlier this year, citing it’s potential for economic development and tourism in the county.
