Local Property Tax regarded by some as ‘unfair'
Councillors vote for 15 per cent reduction in Local Property Tax
COUNCILLORS voted to retain a 15 per cent reduction on Local Property Tax (LPT) in South Dublin County Council last week.
Prior to the vote, SDCC warned of the impact the highest rate of reduction (15 per cent) would have for discretionary funding, which they say could impact projects such as the Hellfire Club and Tallaght Heritage Centre.
