Criminal proceedings are contemplated after road death
Criminal proceedings are being considered in relation to the death of a young pedestrian who was killed after being struck by a vehicle on the N81 in Tallaght earlier this year, an inquest has heard, reports Sean McCarthaigh.
Kevin Sheedy (23), from Killinarden, Dublin suffered fatal injuries after being hit by an SUV on the Tallaght by-pass on the evening of January 11, 2023 at around 7.15pm.
